Technical Introduction
SR-HRA is a mold release lubricant for rubber hoses. The product forms a lubricating and separating film on the inner surface of the rubber hose and the metal mandrel, making it easier to remove the mandrel after vulcanization. This product is effective for almost all types of rubber compounds, and is particularly effective for ECO, CR, EPDM, and CM. SR-HRA does not contain any silicone, and residues on the finished product after vulcanization can be washed away with water.

Usage
SR-HRA release agent can be used directly or diluted with water. Depending on the design of the metal mandrel and the type of rubber,
the dilution ratio can be up to 1:3.
SR-HRA can be brushed directly onto the mandrel or the unvulcanized rubber hose can be immersed in it.

Safety and Transportation
According to transportation laws, SR-HRA release agent is a non-hazardous material and should be transported as such. Proper use of this product will not cause any harm.
Storage
SR-HRA release agent must be stored in a sealed container, protected from freezing, high temperatures, and direct sunlight. When stored under these conditions, the shelf life is at least one year. The production date is indicated in the batch number on the packaging label.
